Brothers Hockey goes Pink!!

Pink Sports Day 2013

Brothers Hockey Club has registered for Pink Sports Day 2013 which occurs Mother's Day Weekend May 11th and 12th. Pink Sports Day is a great opportunity for our club to turn pink and pay tribute to those in our community affected by breast cancer. On Saturday 11th May, Brothers Hockey Club will go pink for the day, have fun and at the same time help to raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Network Australia. Wear pink socks or tights, colour your hair, don a pink wig, wear a pink hat, shorts or skirt or even decorate yourself in pink balloons. I encourage as many players, coaches, supporters and umpires to Go Pink and support Pink Sports Day 2013.

Every day, 40 women will be told they have breast cancer and 7 women will sadly be lost to the disease. Your money will go towards providing support to women with quality information, treatment and care. It is a cause close to our hearts.

As we start the count down to our Pink Sports Day, we are inviting our supporters to cheer us on and to dig deep to help us reach our fundraising goal of $250. Every dollar counts so please help us make a difference with a secure online donation, big or small- just click on the 'Donate' button on the side of our fundraising page. You will automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt via email. Breast Cancer Network Australia receives 100% of all donations.
